I am originally from Algona, IA. I received my undergraduate degree in elementary education and MS in school counseling from Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. I have additional graduate training from Drake, Morningside, and Buena Vista University. It is a privilege to work as K-12 School Counselor with the students of NSK High School in Swea City, NSK Middle School near Fenton, and both Sentral and North Kossuth Elementary Schools.
My husband, Pat, and I live on farm near Swea City. We have three grown sons, Christopher, Jonathan, and Benjamin. Jonathan is married to Jessica and they have a son, Jonathan Wyatt. Ben and his wife, Katie, expect their first child soon. Being a grandma is great! I also enjoy music, reading, and spending time with my family.
