Harmful, Nuisance and Dangerous Devices

The possession or use of harmful implements or nuisance devices such as pea shooters, firearms, knives, firecrackers, laser pointers, noisemakers, water pistols, etc. will not be allowed on school grounds or at school-sponsored events. These items will be confiscated. Students who willfully possess or use such items are subject to suspension or expulsion. The parents of the student and law enforcement officials will be contacted. Students bringing firearms to school will be expelled for one (1) calendar year.
