Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature.

Sexual harassment will not be tolerated in the North  Kossuth School District which includes North Kossuth Elementary and North Sentral Kossuth High School.   Persons found in violation of this policy will be subject to discipline, including, but not limited to reprimand, probation, detention, suspension, or other sanctions as determined by the principal
